Como preparar uma solução tampão padrão de pH?
Para medição geral de pH, pode ser utilizado um conjunto completo de reagentes de composição de pH (capazes de preparar 250mL). Ao preparar a solução, deve-se usar água deionizada e pré-fervida por 15-30 minutos para remover o dióxido de carbono dissolvido. Abra o saco plástico e despeje o reagente em um copo. Dissolva com quantidade adequada de água deionizada, enxágue a embalagem e despeje em um balão volumétrico de 250mL. Diluir até a marca e agitar bem.
3. Como armazenar e usar adequadamente soluções tampão de pH?
